It all sounds like speculation... ”could have”... ”alleged to be”... ”appeared to be”...

Is this the level that the BBC has been reduced to, speculating about what could be, might be, seems to be and appears to be?

As if Israel is the only country with an interest in Lebanon... and how many of the arrests are coverups for settling private scores?
